Qualifikationen

• Experience in procurement operations with focus on process optimization or tool development.
• Strong communicator and team-oriented mindset, comfortable guiding others through change.
• Analytical and solution-focused approach to identifying and closing process gaps.
• Ideally certified in Process Improvement (Six Sigma/Lean) or Procurement (CIPS) or Project Management (PMP).
• Familiarity with procurement systems (SAP/Ariba) and analytics tools (Power BI/Tableau) is a plus.
• Proficient in English and German; additional languages are a bonus.

Aufgaben

• Own global procurement processes including strategic sourcing, contract management, and category strategy.
• Lead design and rollout of improvements to procurement methods and tools.
• Drive selection, implementation, and optimization of procurement systems.
• Build and maintain standardized methods across procurement teams.
• Track process KPIs and translate insights into concrete improvements.
• Support digital transformation and automation initiatives within procurement, working with IT.
