Job summary

Solar Impulse Foundation seeks an energetic outreach professional to scout for clean-tech solutions, pitch our value proposition, and onboard innovators into the Label and acceleration programs. You will manage a small Solutions team and maintain strong relationships with entrepreneurs, investors and partners worldwide.

You will oversee CRM data integrity, coordinate events, and support cross-functional collaborations with a focus on impact and measurable KPIs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, communications, environmental studies, international relations or similar.
• 1–3 years of experience in business development, outreach, community management, partnerships or project coordination.
• Excellent English and French communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute the annual outreach strategy to meet defined KPIs and conversion targets.
• Proactively identify and scout startups and scale-ups for the Label and acceleration programs.
• Present the Foundation’s mission and value to prospective applicants and maintain CRM data integrity.
• Serve as the main point of contact for applicants and guide them through the 1-page submission process.
