Lightly AG, a Zurich-based AI company, is seeking researchers for a remote, project-based contracting role focused on evaluating AI-generated peer reviews of ML/AI papers. You will compare agentic AI reviews against expert human baselines, search literature, and provide concise, evidence-based rationales across multiple papers.

Ideal candidates hold a Master’s/PhD in ML/AI/CS, have published or contributed to scientific papers, and are familiar with major ML/AI venues.

Qualifikationen

• Master's or PhD in ML/AI/CS with strong research background.
• Experience reading ML/AI research papers and evaluating methodology.
• Familiarity with NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR, ACL, CVPR or similar venues.

Aufgaben

• Evaluate AI-generated peer reviews against expert baselines using a rubric.
• Read ML/AI papers to understand core contributions, methods and claims.
• Conduct literature searches and verify cited prior work and publication dates.
• Provide concise, evidence-based rationales for evaluation decisions.
• Identify hallucinations or missing technical issues in AI reviews.
