Jobgether seeks a Microsoft 365 Architect - Modern Workplace to design and deliver modern workplace solutions powered by Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and Copilot. You will translate business needs into scalable technical designs while learning from seasoned architects and aligning with governance and security standards.

This fully remote role offers a clear path toward senior architecture responsibilities and strengthens consulting and technical design skills for corporate clients

Qualifications

• Bachelors or equivalent practical experience in IT/CS.
• 4–5 years MS 365 experience in technical/administrative roles.
• MS 365 administration, governance, and security fundamentals.
• SharePoint Online and Teams configuration experience.
• OneDrive for Business setup, sync, and storage controls.
• Familiarity with Copilot readiness, enablement, and governance concepts.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; explain technical concepts clearly.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and learn from mentors.
• Curiosity, adaptability, and commitment to learning.

Responsibilities

• Design and document Microsoft 365 solutions including Copilot, SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive.
• Translate business needs into scalable technical designs under senior guidance.
• Assist with configuration, migration, and deployment of 365 workloads.
• Collaborate with IT, security, and stakeholders to meet governance and security standards.
• Contribute to architecture diagrams, governance frameworks, and docs.
• Participate in discovery sessions, workshops, and project kickoffs as a tech contributor.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across Microsoft 365 workloads and integrations.
• Support Copilot readiness, governance, and AI-enabled workplace initiatives.
• Monitor 365 updates, roadmaps, and industry best practices.
• Strengthen architectural thinking and client consulting skills.
• Develop secure, reliable, user-friendly workplace solutions.
