Job summary

AO Foundation in Zizers, GR, is seeking a Project Manager Medical Writing (60-100%) to oversee publication activities, literature reviews, and reporting. You will coordinate manuscript development for peer-reviewed journals and manage submission processes while ensuring quality standards and collaboration with internal partners.

The role offers flexibility in hours and location, English proficiency, and opportunities for internal training in a globally active research and education network.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in biomedical field; MD/PhD preferred.
• 2–3 years of experience in clinical research and medical writing.
• Experience with basic statistical methods (univariable tests).
• Excellent communication and reliability; detail-oriented.
• Ability to work independently and in a team; flexible and client-focused.

Responsibilities

• Conducting (systematic) literature reviews and manuscript preparation for peer‑reviewed journals.
• Managing submission and resubmission processes and preparing congress materials.
• Writing internal AO ITC reports and auditing data analyses with partners.
• Providing copy editing support and English language assistance for AO ITC CE.
• Supporting AO education programs and ensuring ISO 9001 quality alignment.
