Zusammenfassung

AO Foundation is seeking a Project Manager Medical Writing at 60–100% in Zizers (GR). You will lead literature reviews, develop manuscripts for journals, and manage submission processes, while ensuring quality and accuracy.

The role covers internal AO ITC reporting, data review, and copy editing of clinical documents, with English language support and hybrid home-office options. A biomedical master's and 2–3 years of experience are required.

Qualifikationen

• Master's degree in biomedical field (MD/PhD preferred).
• 2–3 years of clinical research and medical writing experience.
• Experience with basic statistical methods (univariable tests).
• Effective communication and reliability.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• English fluency at advanced level.

Aufgaben

• Conduct (systematic) literature reviews and review manuscript literature.
• Develop manuscripts for submission to peer‑reviewed journals.
• Manage online submission/resubmission processes.
• Critically appraise publications and documents.
• Prepare congress abstracts and presentations.
• Write internal AO ITC reports per style guidelines.
• Audit final data analysis sets with internal partners.
• Review and copy edit AO ITC clinical documents.
• Provide English language support for AO ITC CE.
• Contribute to other ad hoc medical writing services.
• Adhere to ISO 9001 quality management, improve quality systems.
