THREE is a growing insurance company that sells a unique and straightforward policy to small businesses, covering property risks, lawsuits, and more. It is part of Berkshire Hathaway, with a lean team promoting autonomy and aiming to build a leading small commercial insurer.

The role involves handling policyholder inquiries by phone and email, maintaining clear records, meeting service targets, and gaining in-depth knowledge of THREE’s products and compliance standards.

Formación

• 2 years’ experience in call center or similarly fast-paced customer service environment.
• Active Property and Casualty license.
• Experience in the insurance industry is a plus.
• Strong computer skills with Outlook, videoconferencing tools, and CRM (Salesforce)

Responsabilidades

• Address policyholder service inquiries via phone and email, such as certification, billing, policy modifications, etc.
• Document all customer interactions clearly and accurately in our systems.
• Meet case volume targets as set by Service Leadership.
• Exhibit professionalism in all phone and email communications.
• Acquire in-depth knowledge of THREE’s product, processes, and compliance standards.
• Collaborate with teammates via phone, email, and Slack to fulfill service request and exchange knowledge.
