Jobgether in Switzerland is seeking a Java Developer Associate for remote work. You will contribute to desktop and web applications using Core Java, JSP, Servlets, and common frameworks, with emphasis on clean code and reliable APIs.

The role is part-time (≈20 hours/week) with morning-friendly ET work hours and weekend flexibility. You'll collaborate with senior engineers in a distributed team, implement RESTful services, and apply MVC patterns while growing technical skills in Java ecosystems

Qualificações

• 2.5+ years of professional Java development experience.
• Strong knowledge of Core Java and Java SE, with OO principles.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, maintain, and enhance desktop and web applications using Core Java and Java SE.
• Build web apps with JSP/Servlets following MVC patterns where appropriate.
• Use Java frameworks such as Spring/Spring Boot/Hibernate/Struts.
• Develop desktop and web apps for Windows, macOS, Linux.
• Integrate RESTful services and APIs for component communication.
• Use JavaScript/CSS to enrich UI.
• Work with IDEs like IntelliJ IDEA, Eclipse, NetBeans.
• Collaborate with senior teammates and follow guidelines.
• Maintain code quality and support testing/troubleshooting.
• Follow schedules and professional standards.
