Qualifikationen

• Advanced university degree in ICT, digital technology, education, management, engineering or related fields.
• At least five years of progressively responsible experience in the relevant field.
• Strong research, analytical, communication, presentation, planning and relationship-building skills.
• Familiarity with national digital skills strategies, policies and digital transformation publications.

Aufgaben

• Conduct desktop research and interviews on digital skills and capacity development.
• Develop and update instructor-led and self-paced training materials.
• Deliver online or in-person training courses.
• Support ITU digital skills frameworks, strategies and approaches.
• Collaborate with partners on capacity development initiatives.
• Conduct digital capacity needs assessments and monitoring & evaluation of projects.
• Assess learning outcomes and project impact.
• Prepare reports on digital skills needs and market trends.
