Qualifikationen

• Advanced university degree in education, social sciences, HR management, training and development, business administration or related field.
• At least five years of progressively responsible experience in human capacity building, training, and/or learning and development activities, including at least two at the international level.
• Languages: knowledge of one official language at an advanced level and knowledge of a second official language at intermediate level.

Aufgaben

• Formulates and implements training development and delivery to support capacity and digital skills development.
• Supports ITU Academy Training Centres operations and coordinates with ITU Regional Offices.
• Designs and develops training materials and ensures quality assurance and accreditation of programmes.
• Liaises with academia and stakeholders for partnerships and contributes to global events and meetings for key stakeholders.
• Analyzes capacity and digital skills development solutions and advises ITU members and providers.
• Coordinates ITU Academy LMS delivery and management of core training resources.
• Contributes to CDS publications and coordinates materials development.
• Guides junior staff and interns in the division.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
