Job summary

GamblingCareers.com is seeking an experienced Head of Operations for a fully remote, B2B iGaming technology provider. You will own the delivery engine, from operator onboarding to go-live, ensuring seamless integrations, KYC routing, and compliant day-to-day operations.

You will bridge commercial promises and technical delivery, scale support, define key metrics, manage vendor relations, and build the initial operations team.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in operational roles, with 3+ years inside iGaming.
• Direct experience launching or migrating a live casino brand.
• Practical back-office fluency: KYC, withdrawal workflows, multi-brand config.
• Crisis management: diagnose and fix payout issues swiftly.
• Strong business English, written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end launch process from contracts to live casino lobbies.
• Lead operator onboarding, setup, and back-office training for client teams.
• Set up L1/L2 technical support, establish escalation paths and shift coverage.
• Bridge gaps between operator teams and internal engineering, reproduce bugs and communicate fixes.
• Define and track key metrics: time-to-launch, first deposit rates, ticket resolution, MTTR.
• Manage relationships with PSPs, KYC providers, game studios, and licencing bodies.
• Maintain SOPs and audit-ready docs; hire initial distributed operations team.
