Job summary

Alignerr is seeking experienced German-language voice actors to record professional-grade audio and evaluate AI-generated speech for natural delivery and accuracy.

This is a fully remote, hourly contract role designed for working voice professionals. You will record scripts, provide actionable feedback, and review prompts to improve AI speech outputs, all on a flexible, asynchronous schedule.

Qualifications

• Native or near-native fluency in German with a clear speaking voice.
• Background in voice acting, narration, audiobooks, dubbing, or related performance audio work.
• Access to a large diaphragm microphone and a quiet, acoustically controlled environment.
• Ability to deliver engaging, expressive vocal performances consistently.
• Sharp ear for nuance in tone, rhythm, and pronunciation.

Responsibilities

• Record clear, expressive German-language audio using scripts and prompts.
• Evaluate AI-generated speech for natural flow, pronunciation accuracy, and emotional authenticity.
• Provide detailed, actionable feedback to improve synthesized German voice outputs.
• Review scripts and suggest adjustments to enhance clarity and natural delivery.
• Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule.
