What You'll Do

• Record clear, expressive Italian-language audio using a large diaphragm microphone (LDM), following provided scripts and prompts
• Evaluate AI-generated speech for natural flow, pronunciation accuracy, emotional tone, and overall quality
• Provide detailed, actionable feedback to help improve synthesized Italian voice outputs
• Review scripts and suggest adjustments to improve clarity and ensure authentic, natural-sounding delivery
• Work independently and asynchronously — fully on your own schedule

Who You Are

• Experienced in voice acting, narration, audiobooks, dubbing, or related performance-based audio work
• Native or near-native fluency in Italian with a strong command of natural spoken delivery
• Equipped with a high-quality large diaphragm microphone and a quiet, acoustically controlled recording space
• Able to deliver engaging, expressive, and well-articulated vocal performances consistently
• Attentive to nuance — you notice subtle differences in tone, cadence, and pronunciation
• No prior AI or tech experience required

Nice to Have

• Experience in broadcast, commercial, e-learning, or film voice-over work
• Familiarity with audio editing tools or DAW software
• Knowledge of regional Italian dialects or accent variations
