Alignerr is seeking meticulous transcriptionists in the Zurich area to produce precise German-language transcripts for AI datasets. This is a fully remote hourly contract in Switzerland, with Swiss German or Hochdeutsch speakers welcome and flexible, asynchronous work.

Ideal for self-motivated individuals with excellent listening skills and strong attention to detail. You'll handle challenging audio, apply strict transcription style rules, and produce verbatim transcripts with accurate speaker

Qualifikationen

• Native or near-native fluency in German (Swiss German speakers welcome).
• Exceptional listening skills to parse difficult/noisy audio.
• Highly detail-oriented with a methodical, patient approach to task-based work.
• Ability to follow and apply detailed transcription style guides and formatting rules.
• Strong written German (Hochdeutsch) spelling, punctuation and grammar.
• Reliable, self-motivated when working asynchronously from home.

Aufgaben

• Listen to German-language audio recordings and produce precise, verbatim transcriptions.
• Handle challenging audio including cross-talk, filled pauses, heavy accents, and background noise.
• Identify and distinguish between different speakers throughout recordings.
• Follow detailed style guides with consistency and precision.
