Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Full Stack Engineer - AI Systems to build production-ready AI applications that transform how people manage emails, calendars, notes, and tasks. You will work across frontend, backend, LLM integrations, and agentic workflows in a fully remote, international team.

You will design scalable architectures, focus on performance and reliability, and collaborate with ML and backend engineers to deliver high-quality AI-powered features in a greenfield product.

Qualifications

• Proficient in building applications with Next.js, Python and Node.js.
• Hands-on AI-powered app development and LLM integrations.
• Strong understanding of API design, distributed systems and databases.

Responsibilities

• Build end-to-end product features across frontend, backend and AI integrations.
• Design intelligent agent workflows capable of planning, executing tasks and recovering across sessions.
• Integrate AI tech including LLMs, memory, RAG, and external APIs for context-aware experiences.
• Develop real-time user experiences with streaming and low latency.
• Improve observability, error handling and recovery for reliable AI-driven functionality.
• Analyze telemetry and user feedback to improve AI performance and reduce hallucinations.
• Design scalable architectures with backend teams for robust APIs and patterns.
• Own features from concept to production and drive engineering decisions.
• Ensure user-centric engineering with reliable, usable AI features.
