Qualifikationen

• Senior finance professional with fractional CFO or equivalent.
• Fluent in SaaS finance and recurring revenue metrics.
• Strong financial modelling and reporting discipline.
• Excellent Excel/Sheets and deadline-driven.
• English fluency; French an advantage.

Aufgaben

• Collect, review and reconcile financial and operational information with external accounting firm and internal systems.
• Maintain and update monthly, quarterly and annual reporting files and dashboards.
• Prepare concise monthly management briefing: performance, variances, risks and actions.
• Monitor revenue, expenditure, cash flow and budget variance.
• Keep SaaS indicators current — MRR, ARR, recurring revenue, churn, gross margin.
• Coordinate with external accountant to resolve missing data.
• Assist budgeting, forecasting and cash-flow planning.
• Suggest improvements to reporting templates and processes.
• Liaise with external fiduciaries when necessary.
