Partner Company in Switzerland is seeking an Investment Banking AI Research Contributor to design Excel-based tasks drawn from investment banking, M&A advisory, and corporate development workflows, challenging AI models to perform detailed financial modeling.

You will develop realistic assignments, establish strict evaluation criteria, and test AI capabilities on real-world finance scenarios in a fully remote, project-based role with an immediate start.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in investment banking, M&A advisory, or corporate development.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills, including merger models and pro forma analyses.
• Ability to build, review, and troubleshoot complex financial models with accuracy.

Responsabilités

• Develop realistic Excel-based tasks drawn from investment banking and corporate development workflows.
• Establish clear reference solutions and create evaluation criteria for AI models.
• Test AI model capabilities against realistic financial scenarios and refine rubrics.
• Prepare task briefs and input workbooks with sanitized data and sources clearly identified.
• Maintain data integrity and collaborate with reviewers during onboarding and tasks.
• Complete onboarding and participate in an initial group walkthrough.
