Zusammenfassung

Tether.io is seeking an Event Design Coordinator to manage intake, production, and QA of event-related creative requests from across the business. You’ll work with designers to turn requests into flawless deliverables—booth graphics, signage, decks, digital assets, swag, and invites—while spotting risks before they become problems.

Qualifikationen

5+ years in event marketing, production, creative operations or PM with events focus.
Experience overseeing print and digital production; dieline knowledge helpful.
Strong organizational skills with proven ability to manage multiple requests.

Aufgaben

Manage intake, production, and QA of event-related creative requests across teams.
Collaborate with designers to turn requests into deliverables (booth graphics, signage, decks, digital assets, swag, invites).
Identify risks (timeline, brand, print specs) and fix before issues arise.
Brief designers with clear specs and track progress across multiple workstreams.
Review deliverables for brand consistency, accuracy, resolution, color mode, bleed/trim/safe zones.
