Job summary

Qualifications

• Actively pursuing higher education, ideally in Data Analytics, Business Administration or equivalent.
• Prior work experience is beneficial in financial services/consulting.
• Growth mindset, can-do attitude, team player, solution oriented and curious.
• Tech skills include data analytics, Power BI and AI/Copilot; Python and Databricks are a plus.
• Strong communication in English, both written and oral; business fluency required.
• Enrolled at a university/institute in Switzerland for the contract duration.

Responsibilities

• Support Compliance Operations and Assurance to execute core processes and drive improvements.
• Assist in development and enhancement of the Compliance GRC tool and dashboards in Power BI.
• Perform data analysis to identify global trends and insights.
• Support and manage stakeholders across Group, regional and local levels.
• Contribute to ongoing innovation and automation projects.
