Zurich is seeking a working student for Group Compliance to support operations, analytics and tooling across a multinational setting. The role focuses on Compliance processes, GRC tool optimization, and Power BI dashboards, allowing exposure to global compliance topics.

Ideal candidates are pursuing higher education in data analytics or business, with experience in financial services. The position offers some remote work and collaboration with diverse, international teams in Switzerland.

Qualificações

• Actively pursuing higher education, ideally in Data Analytics, Business Administration or equivalent.
• Prior work experience is beneficial in financial services/consulting.
• Growth mindset, can-do attitude, team player, solution oriented and curious.
• Tech skills include data analytics, Power BI and AI/Copilot; Python and Databricks are a plus.
• Strong communication in English, both written and oral; business fluency required.
• Enrolled at a university/institute in Switzerland for the contract duration.

Start date: January 2027 What you will do

• Support the Compliance Operations and Assurance team to execute core Compliance processes such as the Compliance Risk Assessment and the annual Compliance activities planning and to drive continuous process improvement
• Support the team in the development, operation and continuous enhancement of the Compliance GRC tool, existing dashboard applications in Power BI and visualization tools
• Drive data analysis and preparation to identify global trends and insights
• Support the team in managing our Group, regional and local stakeholders
• Support and drive existing and future innovation and automation projects.

What you bring

• Actively pursuing higher education, ideally studying Data Analytics, Business Administration or equivalent
• Prior work experience is required, financial services/consulting is an advantage
• Growth mindset, can-do attitude, team player, solution oriented, curiosity, learning agility
• Tech skills: data analytics skills, Power Bi and AI/Copilot knowledge required. Python and Databricks nice to have
• Strong oral and written communication skills. Business English fluency is essential
• For the length of the contract, enrolled at a University/ Institute of higher education and be located in Switzerland.
