Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of professional experience in DevOps, SRE, Platform, or Infra engineering.
• Proficient coding in Python, Go, Bash, or TypeScript; real code required.
• Hands-on with CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins), Docker, Kubernetes and at least one cloud (AWS/GCP/Azure).
• Infrastructure as Code experience (Terraform, Ansible, Pulumi, or CloudFormation).
• Advanced Linux and Git skills; professional English communication.
• Willingness to commit to 20+ hours per week

• Design realistic DevOps tasks based on production-style scenarios (CI/CD, containers, orchestration, IaC, monitoring, incident response).
• Write working reference solutions with clear setup and validation steps.
• Review AI-generated output, identify failures, and write precise corrections with reasoning.

• Share structured feedback to improve future task design.
