Zusammenfassung

LGT Capital Partners AG is seeking a proactive Business Analyst to support the development and continuous improvement of analytics solutions. You will bridge business needs and IT, translating requirements into scalable analytics and reporting using Power BI and Pigment.

Responsibilities include gathering requirements, translating specifications, collaborating with IT, coordinating testing, and driving AI use cases and improvements across the analytics landscape.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of experience in business analysis, reporting or analytics.
• Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Business Administration, Information Systems, CS, Economics or related field.
• Strong understanding of analytics/reporting solutions and data; Power BI or Pigment is a plus.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and vice versa.
• Self-starter with ownership mindset and proactive problem solving.

Aufgaben

• Gather, structure and analyze business requirements for analytics and reporting solutions.
• Translate business requirements into clear specifications for business and IT.
• Partner with IT to design/develop analytics solutions using Power BI, Pigment, and other tools.
• Coordinate testing of analytics solutions and manage sign-off.
• Identify improvements to analytics solutions and drive implementation.
• Act as a point of contact for business and IT on analytics matters.
• Stay updated on reporting/analytics technologies to improve the landscape.
• Define and drive analytics AI use cases with AI teams.
