LGT Capital Partners AG is seeking a proactive Business Analyst to support the development and continuous improvement of analytics solutions, primarily built on Power BI and Pigment.

You will translate business needs into technical requirements, collaborate with IT, coordinate testing, and drive enhancements across analytics and reporting. This role offers flexible work setup, opportunities for growth, and involvement in ESG reporting and AI use cases.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in business analysis, reporting or analytics.
• Bachelor's degree as listed in the education section.
• Solid understanding of analytics and reporting solutions and underlying data; Power BI/Pigment experience is a strong plus.

Aufgaben

• Gather, structure and analyze business requirements for analytics and reporting solutions in collaboration with business stakeholders and IT.
• Translate business requirements into clear specifications and validate with business and IT.
• Partner with IT on design and development of analytics solutions using Power BI and Pigment; other reporting tools as needed.
• Coordinate and perform testing of analytics solutions and manage sign-off and approvals.
• Identify opportunities to enhance analytics solutions and drive implementations independently.
• Act as a trusted liaison for business and IT on analytics matters to foster cross-team collaboration.
• Stay updated on analytics technologies to continuously improve our solution landscape.
• Define and drive analytics-focused AI use cases with AI teams.
