Job summary

Lever, Inc. seeks an accomplished Cyber Security Domain Architect to shape enterprise security across cloud, infrastructure, identity, and data environments for a Switzerland-based role.

You will define current-state and target-state architectures, establish standards and roadmaps, and lead security initiatives with a focus on Azure and VMware Cloud Foundation. Expect collaboration with senior stakeholders to translate business needs into resilient security solutions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as Security Architect or similar role.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS/Engineering/Cybersecurity.
• Proven Azure security design and cloud governance.
• Strong IAM knowledge with Microsoft Entra ID.
• Experience with VMware Cloud Foundation and security architecture.
• Understanding of Zero Trust and defense-in-depth.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain enterprise security architectures for cloud, infra, identity, and data.
• Create current-state and target-state security architectures and roadmaps.
• Define security standards, controls, and reference architectures.
• Provide leadership across Azure and VMware Cloud Foundation environments.
• Architect security for Entra ID, IAM, Zero Trust, segmentation, and data protection.
• Govern Microsoft Defender platforms and security technologies.
• Run security roadmaps workshops with stakeholders and gain approvals.
• Support implementation and measure risk, compliance, and outcomes.
• Conduct architecture reviews, gap analyses, and ADR/ARB work.
• Advise executives on risks, priorities, and trade-offs.
