Zusammenfassung

Generali Switzerland is seeking a Cyber Security Architect to shape secure design across platforms, applications, and infrastructure. You will partner with colleagues to protect key business operations while enabling cloud, on‑premises, and hybrid environments.

In this role you will learn, contribute, and gradually take ownership of architecture responsibilities, translating business needs into scalable security solutions and participating in reviews and threat modelling.

Qualifikationen

• At least 5 years of experience in cyber security, IT security, or infrastructure.
• Interest or exposure to security architecture or design.
• Understanding of IAM, network security, and zero trust foundations.
• Knowledge of API or application security fundamentals.
• Experience with cloud environments (AWS, Azure) is a plus.
• Familiarity with security frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, CIS) is a plus.

The skills you'll bring

• Basic to intermediate understanding of key security areas such as:
• Identity & Access Management (IAM)
• Network security / foundations of Zero Trust concepts
• Application or API security
• Data protection fundamentals
• Initial experience with cloud environments (e.g. AWS, Azure) is a plus
• Awareness of security frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, CIS) is a plus, not a requirement
• Strong willingness to learn, develop, and grow into an architecture role
• Ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders (with support where needed)
