Job summary

Granite Bio AG, Basel, Switzerland, is seeking a medical professional to lead early-phase clinical trials in immunology and inflammation. You will design, execute, and monitor Ph1/2 studies, ensuring safety, data integrity, and regulatory compliance, and you will support development of trial protocols and related documentation.

The role requires an MD or equivalent with 3+ years in clinical research or development, strong communication, and the ability to work across CROs, vendors, and internal

Qualifications

• Advanced medical degree (MD or equivalent).
• At least 3 years of experience in clinical research or clinical development.
• Experience with early clinical trials is preferred.
• Strong understanding of GCP/GLP and trial design.

Responsibilities

• Design, execution/conduct and report of Ph1/2 clinical trials in I&I space.
• Contribute to medical team and clinical development strategy.
• Provide guidance in development of clinical trial protocols and related documents (ICF, IB, SoA, TPP, SAP).
• Ensure safety and efficacy data are generated and analyzed per GCP/SOPs and timelines.
• Perform medical monitoring activities and oversee eligibility and safety data.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute trials to milestones.
• Develop statistical analysis plans and review/interprete trial data.
• Author clinical documents like protocols and amendments; review safety plans.
• Work with Clinical Operations and Clinical Biomarker to deliver study goals.
