Zusammenfassung

Granite Bio, Basel, is seeking a medical professional to design, monitor, and report early phase trials in Immunology and Inflammation. You will contribute to development strategies, draft key trial documents, and ensure data quality under GCP standards.

The role requires strong collaboration with Clinical Operations, Biomarker and external partners, plus a proactive, detail‑oriented approach in a dynamic biotech environment.

Qualifikationen

• Requires MD or equivalent and at least 3 years in clinical research or development.
• Experience with early clinical trials and regulatory requirements is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities and medical knowledge.
• Ability to build collaborations with physicians, consultants and vendors.

Aufgaben

• Design, conduct, and report Phase 1/2 trials in Immunology and Inflammation.
• Contribute to clinical development strategy and study planning.
• Develop trial protocols, ICF, IB, SoA, TPP and SAP documents.
• Ensure safety and efficacy data meet GCP/SOPs and timelines.
• Provide medical oversight of studies and adverse event review.
• Collaborate with Clinical Operations and Biomarker teams to meet milestones.
• Develop statistical analysis plans and interpret trial data.
• Author clinical documents and support protocol amendments.
