Job summary
Scintilla AG is seeking a Method & Process Engineer specialized in CAD and Digital Engineering. You will drive the global CAD Excellence Program, standardize CAD systems, and push automation through AI-enabled methods across product and packaging development.
The role requires a technical mechanical engineering background, strong communication, and the ability to lead trainings for engineers while collaborating with global teams. German is a plus, and home-office options exist.
Qualifications
- Technical background in mechanical engineering or similar.
- Business-fluent in English; German is a plus.
- Willingness to coach and train engineers.
- Experience with CAD process standardization and AI integration is desirable.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the global CAD Excellence Program.
- Automate and optimize CAD processes; integrate AI and modern methods.
- Design and deliver regular CAD, simulation, and AI training for engineers.
- Promote knowledge sharing and transfer within teams and with partners.
- Represent the unit in CAD and simulation working groups and develop new standards.
