Job summary

Scintilla AG seeks a Method & Process Engineer - CAD and Digital Engineering to shape our CAD landscape globally, driving standardization and automation. You will lead the CAD Excellence Program and drive continuous development across product and packaging design with AI-enabled workflows.

You will coach engineers, implement state-of-the-art procedures, and collaborate with internal and external partners to advance digital transformation in engineering.

Qualifications

• Business-fluent in English; German a plus.
• Technically strong with CAD and digital engineering.
• Strong coaching and knowledge-sharing capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead global CAD Excellence Program for product and packaging development.
• Automate CAD processes and integrate AI in workflows.
• Design and run training programs on CAD, simulation, and AI for engineers.
• Promote knowledge transfer across teams and partners.
• Represent the unit in CAD and simulation groups and help set new standards.
