UN Atlas is hiring a part-time Arabic teacher to serve UN staff in Geneva, delivering general and specialized courses either remotely or in person. The role involves planning lessons, developing materials, and managing the CLM Moodle platform while aiming for high student satisfaction.

The candidate will administer assessments, provide constructive feedback, and perform administrative tasks related to course delivery. Collaboration with colleagues to meet UN standards is essential.

Formación

• Minimum 4 years teaching Arabic as a foreign language to adults.
• At least 3 years in curriculum design or teacher training.
• Experience with e-learning tools and Moodle.
• Experience in international, multicultural environments.

Responsabilidades

• Teach Arabic general and specialized courses to UN staff, in person or online.
• Prepare engaging class content and update learning materials.
• Administer and maintain the Moodle platform and course setup.
• Provide feedback, assess and grade assignments, tests and exams.
• Handle attendance records and collaborate with colleagues.
