Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master student in Business Administration, Economics, or Data / Analytics / Information Systems.
• Strong analytical and structured thinking.
• Very good Excel & PowerPoint skills (pivot tables, structured slides).
• Ability to work independently on defined problem statements.
• Clear written and verbal communication.
• Professional working proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Project & Workstream Support: break down topics into structured work packages and track milestones.
• Analysis & Problem Solving: perform data-driven analyses and prepare insights.
• Stakeholder Interaction: collaborate with project leads and country teams, prepare inputs for reviews.
• Documentation & Enablement: create PowerPoint/Excel deliverables and help develop playbooks and SOPs.
