Job summary

SIX is seeking an experienced software engineer to translate AI SDLC strategy into practical patterns, tooling and reusable components that scale AI-driven software across the organization in a regulated FMI context.

You will set technical standards for AI development, review AI-generated code, and coach engineers while driving adoption and cross‑functional collaboration across CH, ES, PL and IN. Fluently English is required; German a plus.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in software engineering
• Experience with AI in regulated environments
• Hands-on AI harness, LLM APIs and agent frameworks
• Track record of driving change through influence
• Fluent in English; German a plus

Responsibilities

• Translate AI software engineering strategy into practice; design patterns and reusable components
• Set technical standards for AI-based development in regulated FMI
• Support and execute the people transformation journey, evolving developer roles and processes
• Run lighthouse engagements; baseline and measure backlog impact
• Drive adoption; coach senior engineers and lead communities of practice across CH, ES, PL and IN
