Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree required; humanities, social sciences, communications, or law preferred.
• Native-level language mastery and regional harm context understanding required.
• English proficiency at least B1 to follow guidelines and log safety reports.
• Attention to detail in repetitive risk-analysis tasks.

• Safety Annotation: evaluate AI responses against safety rubrics and flag bias, misinformation, or prohibited content.
• Harmful Content Classification: categorize hate speech, self-harm, illegal acts to set model boundaries.
• Fact-Checking & Grounding: verify factual accuracy with reliable sources to prevent hallucinations.
• Guideline Application: apply complex policies to edge cases for consistent alignment.
• Feedback Loop Participation: report recurring weaknesses to refine global safety policies.
