Qualifikationen

• Education: Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in any field (Preferred fields listed).
• Native language proficiency required; understand regional harm signals.
• English proficiency at least B1 (Intermediate).
• Detail-oriented with focus during repetitive, high-stakes analysis.

• Safety Annotation: evaluate AI outputs against safety rubrics and flag biased or prohibited content.
• Harmful Content Classification: categorize hate speech, self-harm, illegal acts.
• Fact-Checking & Grounding: verify factual accuracy using reliable sources to prevent hallucinations.
• Guideline Application: apply policy documents to edge cases for consistent alignment.
• Feedback Loop Participation: report recurring weaknesses to improve safety policies.
