Job summary

Berney Associés is seeking an accountant for our Nyon office. You will maintain bookkeeping for a diverse client portfolio, prepare VAT returns, manage payroll, and participate in year-end closing and fiduciary tasks. English (B2) is required; German is a plus.

Qualifications

• Commercial maturity and a CFC Commercial employee or equivalent.
• Experience in a fiduciary in Switzerland is an asset.
• Organized, analytical, with initiative and comfortable dealing with clients.
• Proficiency in English (B2); German is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Maintain bookkeeping for a varied portfolio of clients.
• Prepare VAT calculations and the tax returns.
• Manage salaries and social charges for clients.
• Participate in the closing and preparation of annual accounts and other fiduciary work.
