We are seeking a detail-oriented Accountant / Bookkeeper to join our team on a full-time, remote basis, aligned to Eastern Time. The ideal candidate will have experience in bookkeeping, financial reporting, and accounting systems, and will be comfortable working in an Eastern Time (ET) schedule.

At S Universe | NetSuite Alliance Partner, you will manage day-to-day bookkeeping, reconciliations, invoicing, and financial reporting, while collaborating with internal teams and clients to address

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience in accounting or bookkeeping roles.
• Strong proficiency in QuickBooks (required).
• Experience with ERP accounting systems is a plus.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Manage day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting tasks.
• Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable and receivable.
• Perform bank and credit card reconciliations.
• Prepare financial reports and assist with month-end and year-end closing.
• Handle invoicing, billing, and expense tracking.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to address financial queries.
