The Solana Foundation is seeking a Senior Accountant to strengthen the accounting function across its Swiss and US entities, focusing on Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, and a systems-first approach to month-end close.

You will lead the onboarding of new platforms, automate processes, and ensure GAAP compliance across two entities while embracing a startup-paced environment in the blockchain space.

Qualifikationen

• 3–5 years of accounting experience in public or industry
• CPA certification
• FinTech or blockchain experience is a plus
• Experience with Xero/QuickBooks and Airtable
• Startup pace experience is a plus

Aufgaben

• Own Procure-to-Pay and Order-to-Cash end to end.
• Build the finance tech stack with the Controller.
• Control company spend and enforce policy.
• Keep the general ledger clean across two entities.
• Own reconciliations, onchain and offchain.
• Report month-end close, budgeting vs actual, and ad hoc analyses.
• Close control gaps and strengthen processes
