Julius Baer is seeking an experienced Remote Access Engineer to operate and enhance the Bank’s Citrix NetScaler infrastructure and drive the evolution toward ZTNA using ZPA. You will implement secure access policies, maintain SSL‑VPN services, and contribute to broader security services within a regulated financial environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands‑on IT security or infrastructure engineering experience.
• Strong experience with Citrix NetScaler ADC and NetScaler Gateway including AAA policies and SSL‑VPN services.
• Knowledge of Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA) concepts and ZPA is advantageous.
• Automation/scripting capabilities using PowerShell, Python or Bash.

Responsabilités

• Administer, configure and improve Citrix NetScaler ADC/Gateway environments for high availability and resilience.
• Manage SSL‑VPN and clientless access configurations and policies.
• Design and implement secure authentication/conditional access based on identity, device, location and risk.
• Assist in deploying Zscaler Private Access (ZPA) and integrate with existing security services.
• Provide 2nd/3rd level engineering support and participate in 24/7 on‑call rotations.
