Qualifications

• Strong understanding of networking concepts, such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP.

• Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to resolve complex problems.

Responsibilities

• Take over IT Service Owner role for remote access infrastructure.
• Configure and optimize NetScaler appliances for performance.
• Provide advanced troubleshooting and support for Citrix NetScaler.
