You will bridge theory and application through experimental research and develop methods to understand degradation mechanisms.

You will work in a dynamic, international R&D team, design and execute experiments, analyze data, and disseminate results through publications and technical reports.

Qualifikationen

• PhD in experimental physics, materials science, electrical engineering, or a closely related field.
• Expertise in physics of failure, failure investigation, root-cause analysis, and reliability modeling.
• Hands-on experience designing and conducting experiments with advanced materials characterization techniques.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

• Lead and contribute to cross-functional projects focusing on the underlying physics of failure and reliability improvements.
• Design and execute experiments to investigate degradation and failure mechanisms under realistic operating conditions.
