• Manage relationships with clients, investment managers, product specialists, and senior colleagues across the Group.
• Prepare business, client activity, and pipeline reports for senior management and investment teams.
• Stay informed on market developments affecting the intermediary segment in Switzerland.

Our client is looking for a Relationship Manager, focussing on Intermediaries to provide support, advice, and a strategic approach to high net-worth clients. The individual would lead the sales and business performance and help to effectively manage client portfolios.

Duties Include:

• Build strong relationships with financial intermediaries, independent wealth managers, family offices, and other professional partners, while attracting new business to the Group.
• Manage and develop an existing portfolio of intermediary relationships.
• Ensure efficient service, custody, investment, and wealth structuring solutions are available to support clients and their underlying portfolios.
• Provide tailored advice and support to professional partners, senior management, and relevant internal teams.
• Manage relationships with clients, investment managers, product specialists, and senior colleagues across the Group.
• Prepare business, client activity, and pipeline reports for senior management and investment teams.
• Remain informed of competitor activity, market developments, and trends affecting the intermediary segment in Switzerland.
• Provide professional partners with relevant market updates, investment information, and analysis to support their client advisory activities.

The preferred candidate will ideally have a private banking or relationship management background and demonstrate an understanding of how to deal with high-net-worth individuals on a daily basis. You should also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills as well as be able to interact at all levels of business effectively.
