Qualifikationen

• Experience in international wealth management/private banking is required.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• High attention to detail, reliability and ownership.
• Client-centric approach with professional communication skills (written and verbal).
• Comfortable working in a regulated environment with strong adherence to controls and confidentiality.
• Fluent in English; German or French language skills are a plus.
• Excel proficiency; experience with BI tools is advantageous.

Aufgaben

• Support Relationship Managers in day-to-day servicing of UK-domiciled clients with timely responses.
• Prepare meeting materials and coordinate client meetings (in-person/virtual).
• Act as a point of contact for client queries, escalating to RM as needed.
• Coordinate onboarding, KYC/AML refreshes and documentation collection.
• Maintain client records and support periodic reviews and audits.
• Assist with pipeline management, reporting and CRM updates.

The Team

You will join a successful Middle East desk in Geneva currently comprising four Relationship Managers and two Assistants across Switzerland, working together to cover and service Middle East‑domiciled private banking clients. The team collaborates closely with internal partners (e.g. Compliance, Operations, Investment Specialists, Credit and Onboarding) as well as our Dubai entity to deliver consistent, timely and client‑focused outcomes.

What you'll do

• Client support & service
  • Support RMs in the day‑to‑day servicing of UK‑domiciled clients, ensuring timely responses and high service standards
  • Prepare meeting materials (agenda, portfolio overviews, account information, follow‑ups) and coordinate client meetings (in‑person/virtual)
  • Act as a key point of contact for client queries and requests, advancing appropriately to the RM
• Documentation, Onboarding & Controls
  • Coordinate client onboarding, account opening, KYC/AML refreshes and documentation collection in line with internal policies and regulatory requirements
  • Maintain accurate client records and ensure documentation is complete, up to date and appropriately filed
  • Support periodic reviews and assist with audit/compliance requests where required
• Operational Coordination
  • Liaise with Operations and other internal teams to progress client instructions (e.g. payments, transfers, account maintenance, corporate actions queries), ensuring proper controls and timelines
  • Track and follow up open items, maintaining clear status updates for RMs and clients
  • Support transaction and account‑related administrative tasks, including the preparation of standard forms and internal requests
• Business Support
  • Assist with pipeline management, reporting, and maintaining CRM updates (e.g. client contact notes, activities, tasks)
  • Contribute to team improvements in execution and help standardise ways of working across the desk
  • Provide cover for other Assistants within the UK Desk as needed

The knowledge, experience and qualifications you need

• Experience in international (preferably UK market) Wealth Management/Private Banking environment
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage several priorities, deadlines, and collaborators
• High attention to detail, reliability, and a strong sense of ownership
• Client‑centric approach with professional communication skills (written and verbal)
• Comfortable working in a regulated environment with strong adherence to controls and confidentiality
• Fluent in English (written and spoken), with German/French a plus
• High proficiency in Excel; experience with BI tools (Power BI) is advantageous
