You will build relationships across external asset managers, intermediaries, and internal teams, providing tailored advice and market updates to support investment decisions.

• Build strong relationships with external asset managers, independent wealth managers, and financial intermediaries, while attracting new clients to the Group.
• Manage and develop an existing portfolio of professional and intermediary clients.

• Provide tailored advice and support to relationship managers, senior management, and relevant internal teams.
• Manage relationships with clients, investment managers, and senior colleagues across the Group.
• Prepare business, client activity, and pipeline reports for the investment management team.
• Remain informed of competitor activity, market developments, and client trends in Switzerland.
• Provide clients and partners with relevant market updates and analysis to support their investment decisions.

Our client, a wealth management firm is looking for a Relationship Manager focusing on the EAM market to provide support, advice, and a strategic approach to high net-worth clients. The individual would lead the sales and business performance and help to effectively manage client portfolios.

Duties Include:

• Build strong relationships with external asset managers, independent wealth managers, and financial intermediaries, while attracting new clients to the Group.
• Manage and develop an existing portfolio of professional and intermediary clients.
• Ensure efficient service, custody, investment, and wealth structuring solutions are in place.
• Provide tailored advice and support to relationship managers, senior management, and relevant internal teams.
• Manage relationships with clients, investment managers, and senior colleagues across the Group.
• Prepare business, client activity, and pipeline reports for the investment management team.
• Remain informed of competitor activity, market developments, and client trends in Switzerland.
• Provide clients and partners with relevant market updates and analysis to support their investment decisions.

The preferred candidate will ideally have a private banking or relationship management background and demonstrate an understanding of how to deal with high-net-worth individuals on a daily basis. You should also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills as well as be able to interact at all levels of business effectively.
