Job summary

CSL Behring is seeking a Regional Regulatory Lead to drive strategic regulatory activities for designated products across regions such as APAC, LATAM, CIS, Adriatics, MEA, and Partner Business. The role requires 5+ years of international regulatory experience and strong English proficiency, with GMP/GCP knowledge integral to daily operations.

The position can be based in Zurich, Switzerland or Maidenhead, UK, reporting to the Global Regulatory Lead.

Qualifications

• Degree in Biological or Medical Science or Pharmacy; post-graduate qualification advantageous.
• At least 5 years regulatory experience in international markets.
• English mandatory; additional language an asset.
• Understanding GMP and GCP principles and scientific/pharmaceutical development.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement regional regulatory strategies aligned with global priorities across designated regions.
• Lead regulatory submission activities, lifecycle management, and health authority interactions.
• Provide strategic oversight for regulatory documentation, timelines, and risk management.
• Collaborate with LRR, RPR and internal stakeholders to ensure timely approvals and high-quality outputs.
