Job summary

Takeda is seeking a Senior EU Regulatory Lead GI&I, Director to define and execute regional regulatory strategies across EU/GEM regions, accelerating approvals and enhancing lifecycle management.

You will lead interactions with health authorities, guide cross-functional teams, and mentor staff while ensuring alignment with global regulatory policy and patient access initiatives. Based in Zurich, travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in a scientific field with regulatory background.
• Extensive EU regulatory affairs experience, with leadership responsibilities.
• Experience presenting to health authorities and guiding cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Define, develop and lead regional regulatory strategies for EU/GEM.
• Manage regulatory submissions, approvals, and lifecycle planning.
• Lead interactions with health authorities and coordinate with global/regional teams.
