Nestlé S.A. is seeking a Regional Procurement Manager – Road Transport in La Tour-de-Peilz. This hybrid, full-time role focuses on implementing the regional spend strategy within Nestlé Global Procurement across our three hubs.

You will drive sourcing, supplier management, and TCO improvements at scale. You will collaborate with markets, HQ, and hubs to ensure compliant, sustainable sourcing with strong negotiating skills and leadership capabilities.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Procurement, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Economics, Finance or Engineering.
• Proven global logistics sourcing experience, preferably in road transport.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.

As a Regional Procurement Manager – Road Transport at Nestlé Global Procurement, reporting directly to the Global Category Leader, your mission is to implement the category strategy for regional spend, leveraging strategic sourcing processes, tools, and policies. We operate on a truly global scale, bringing together over 40 nationalities across three dynamic hubs in Switzerland, Panama, and Malaysia.This is your chance to drive innovation, sustainability, and impact at scale, ensuring value creation through responsibly sourced supply across diverse categories.

How you’ll make an impact as a Regional Procurement Manager – Road Transport

• Contribute to the global sourcing strategy with regional inputs, implementation and communication plan and supplier management plan.
• Communicate sourcing strategy to T-Hubs Teams and ensure full alignment to secure successful implementation.
• Identify appropriate suppliers for the spend category selected in collaboration with markets and HQ functions.
• Preparing and executing negotiation events - seeking best TCO contracts and beneficial commercial agreements with suppliers as approved by the Category Procurement managers.
• Lower Total Cost of Ownership.
• Monitoring market trends impacting on the smooth implementation of contracts and impacting our TCO (Total cost of ownership).
• Ensure that all the key suppliers within the spend category in charge completely adhere to Nestlé standards (Responsible Sourcing, Reverse factoring, SHE certifications).

What will make you successful

• Degree in Procurement, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Economics, Finance or Engineering.
• Solid sourcing experience in a global logistics environment, ideally including Road Transport, with a strong track record in developing and implementing sourcing strategies.
• Proven ability to lead projects, drive change and demonstrate strong functional leadership.
• Strong expertise in risk management, responsible sourcing, supplier relationship management and negotiation, with excellent communication and influencing skills.
• Fluency in English, French and/or German is essential, other languages such as Italian, Polish or Spanish is a big plus.
