Job summary

Pictet Wealth Management is seeking a Regional Marketing Officer for a 12-month contract in Zurich. You will support the Senior Regional Marketing Manager, focusing on Germany-speaking Switzerland, Eastern Europe, Germany, Benelux and the Nordics to drive client events and digital marketing initiatives.

The role requires strong English and German skills, plus exposure to wealth management marketing and event management.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English and German; knowledge of French and/or Italian is a plus.
• University level or final-year student in Marketing, Business Management, Finance or Economics.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in wealth management and/or event management.
• Proven experience in event management including planning, logistics, execution and follow-up.
• Proficient in MS Office; experience with CRM systems, web CMS, email marketing automation, and/or event management tools is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Assist in development and execution of PWM marketing activities under the Senior Regional Marketing Manager in Zurich.
• Plan, coordinate, execute, and follow up on client and prospect events across selected European markets.
• Strengthen online and digital presence through campaigns, websites, social media and newsletters.
• Ensure activities comply with brand, quality and regulatory standards and are within budget.
• Track event KPIs and provide insights for improvements; support budgeting and reporting tasks.

Your mission

Support the development and execution of Pictet Wealth Management’s (PWM)marketing activities by assisting the Senior Regional Marketing Manager in Zurich, with a focus on selected European markets.

Your role

• Regional focus: German-speaking Switzerland, Eastern Europe, Germany,Benelux and the Nordics
  • Plan, coordinate, execute, and follow up on client and prospect events, including on-site presence where required.
  • Work closely with other marketing teams and key business stakeholders to strengthen the markets’ online and digital presence (e.g. campaigns, website, social media, newsletters).
  • Liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders, demonstrating strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Quality, standards, and governance
  • Ensure that all activities are organised in line with Pictet’s brand, quality, and compliance standards, delivered within budget, and executed to a high professional standard.
  • Demonstrate a strong awareness of regulatory requirements and internal policies relevant to marketing and communications in a wealth management environment.
• Data, analytics, and reporting
  • Track, analyse, and report on event KPIs (e.g. registrations, attendance, engagement, follow-up actions), and propose improvements based on insights.
• Business management support
  • Provide support to the PWM Global and Regional Marketing Team in business management tasks (e.g. cost and budget tracking, policy reviews, reporting, and related activities) as needed.
• Collaborate with and support other PWM Marketing Managers and teams on cross-market initiatives and projects when required.

Your profile

• Full professional proficiency in both English and German; knowledge of French and/or Italian would be a strong asset.
• University student in the final stages of studies, or graduatein Marketing, Business Management, Finance, or Economics.
• At least 3 years of experience in the wealth management industry and/or in event management.
• Proven experience in event management, including planning, logistics, execution, and follow-up.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel); experience with CRM systems, web CMS, email marketing automation, and/or event management tools would be an advantage.
• Excellent communication, organisational, and time management skills, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, a proactive and collaborative mindset, and a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be resident in Switzerland or willingto relocate.
