Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of related experience in Pharma/engineering roles.
• 5+ years in a functional leadership position across multiple domains.
• Experience with facilities, utilities, equipment, automation, and validation.
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements (FDA/EMA/ICH).

• Lead multi-year capital investment planning and site master plans.
