Job summary

CSL is seeking an experienced procurement professional to own sourcing across materials, supplier management, and alignment of category strategies with customer site goals. You will assess suppliers, negotiate pricing, and help shape contracts and supplier relationships to deliver reliable, cost-effective outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in business or technical discipline relevant to CSL products.
• 7+ years' procurement/supply management experience.
• Purchasing Management Certification (ISM/CPM, CIPS) preferred
• Demonstrated success negotiating complex supply agreements.

• Align procurement strategies with those of the customer site/commercial business
• Support an assigned category or multiple categories as part of a global or regional category team
• Evaluates suppliers, creates and maintains contracts, negotiates pricing and builds relationships with vendors
• Partners with stakeholders to define, review and monitor supplier performance
• Improves systems and processes to deliver greater efficiency and effectiveness of service

• Partners with stakeholders to define, review and monitor supplier performance
