Job summary

CSL Seqirus in Bern, Switzerland, is seeking a senior sourcing professional to manage materials sourcing and supplier relationships. You will align procurement strategies with site and regional goals, and may support multiple categories within a global team.

The role requires evaluating suppliers, contracting, and driving cost and delivery improvements. With 7+ years in procurement, you will negotiate pricing, monitor supplier performance, and collaborate with stakeholders to enhance service

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in business or technical discipline relevant to CSL products.
• 7+ years' procurement/supply management experience.
• Purchasing Management Certification (ISM/CPM, CIPS) preferred.
• Demonstrated success negotiating complex supply agreements.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for sourcing of materials and supplier management to ensure requirements for quality, reliability, cost and delivery.
• Accountable for sourcing process in assigned site/region/category and aligning procurement strategies with those of the customer site/commercial business.
• May support an assigned category or multiple categories as part of a global or regional category team.
• Evaluates suppliers, creates and maintains contracts, negotiates pricing and builds relationships with vendors.
• Partners with stakeholders to define, review and monitor supplier performance.
• Improves systems and processes to deliver greater efficiency and effectiveness of service.
